Boxing is a full body workout. Gabs, thrown correctly will use your legs, hips, glutes, core, obliques, back, shoulders, chest and arms.

Punching against resistance causes all of these muscles to contract with more force and speed, developing further your strength and power and increasing your fitness.

Here, you are taught the David Tua disciplines of boxing.

How to correctly step, gab, hook, body punch, slip, roll, pivot, etc…at the same time understanding the importance of foot work, control, creating boxing combinations, using core work to your advantage and most importantly – the control of self.

ZUU

ZUU, using animal movements and body weight, will get the heart pumping and over time you will start to become more agile, increasing your mobility, build muscle and fitness levels
